Features of Shangairr High Pressure Air Compressor Series:

● Fan (s) structure, four-stage compression, reciprocating piston type with air cooling.

● The crankshaft is a single cantilever support structure, easy to disassemble and repair. The main bearing adopts precision cylindrical roller bearing; the connecting rod size head is a special needle roller bearing, the load capacity is super strong, the machine has no bearing bush, the friction power consumption is low, and the ability to resist harsh working conditions is strong.

● Shangair's self-developed inertial moment balance design criteria and manufacturing process have significantly reduced the vibration intensity of the whole machine.

● The suction part adopts: impedance combined suction muffler and lower air intake arrangement. The suction temperature is low and the noise is lower.

● High efficiency and energy saving long life valves. Stages 1 and 2 use polygonal cylindrical straight flow valves, and stages 3 and 4 use proven and efficient combined ring valves.

● The oil control design independently developed by Shangair effectively reduces the oil consumption of the whole machine.

● The sewage system independently developed by Shangair adopts the ingenious combination of large-diameter air-controlled sewage valve, electromagnetic exhaust valve, cyclone gas-water separator and electronic timing controller to make the sewage discharge fast, thorough and reliable.

● Redundant control technology to ensure no-load zero-pressure start: the suction port is equipped with a diaphragm valve, the suction port is closed within a few seconds after starting; the blowdown auto-drain valve will be fully opened when starting / stopping to ensure that the internal pressure zero.

● The flow adjustment mode is a combination of electric-adjust and air-adjust, which is convenient for users to choose.

● Modular design, easy to form multiple units, multiplying air production, convenient for users to choose.
